Your First Delivery: What Actually Happens at the Door 

The first time somebody orders from us, there's usually one question under all the other questions: what is this actually going to be like? Fair. Most of what people know about delivery comes from pizza, and cannabis delivery in Massachusetts runs by a different rulebook. Here's the whole thing, so nothing at the door surprises you.

Before the van leaves Clinton

Your order gets packed at our depot on Green Street. Weighed, sealed, labeled, logged with the state's tracking system. The driver doesn't carry a menu or a cash box full of extras — by law, they can only hand you exactly what you ordered. If you forgot something, it goes on the next order.

The window

You'll get a delivery window when you check out, and a text when the driver is getting close. Somebody 21 or older has to be home — the person who placed the order, with the ID they ordered with. We can't leave it on the porch, we can't hand it to your roommate, and we can't meet you in a parking lot. Massachusetts is specific about this, and so are we.

At the door

The driver checks your ID — the physical card, every time, even if you look fifty. The name has to match the order. Then you sign, take your package, and that's it.

The whole handoff takes about a minute when the ID is ready.

Have it out; it's the single thing that speeds this up.

If something's wrong

Wrong item, damaged seal, missing anything — tell the driver right there, or reach us through the contact page the same night. We'd rather fix it while the van's still on your street.

That's the whole ritual. Order by 5:45, ID at the door, a minute of paperwork, and you're done. See you on the route.
