Using https://thedeliveredinc.com or ordering from Delivered, Inc. means you agree to the following. It’s short because most of it is state law, and state law isn’t negotiable.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID to use this site or receive a delivery. IDs are verified at ordering and again, physically, at the door. The name on the order must match the ID at the door.
Deliveries
We deliver only to private residences within the Massachusetts towns listed on our Delivery Areas page. We cannot leave orders unattended, deliver to public places, or transfer to anyone other than the verified purchaser. Drivers may refuse a handoff where the law requires it, including visible intoxication.
Orders and pricing
Menus, prices, minimums, and fees are shown at checkout through our licensed ordering platform and may change without notice. Purchase limits follow Massachusetts regulations.
