Delivered, Inc. (“we”) operates https://thedeliveredinc.com. We collect the minimum we need to legally deliver cannabis in Massachusetts, and we don’t sell any of it. Ever.
What we collect
- Age confirmation — a cookie recording that you confirmed you’re 21+, kept for 30 days.
- Order and identity information — name, address, date of birth, and ID verification, collected through our licensed ordering platform as Massachusetts law requires.
- Contact messages — whatever you send through the contact form, routed to our depot inbox.
- Analytics — anonymized usage data via Google Analytics, used only to understand how the site is used.
What we do with it
Fulfill orders, meet state record-keeping requirements, answer your messages, and improve the site. State regulations require us to retain certain order and ID-verification records; we keep those only as long as the law requires.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate (our ordering platform, email routing) and with regulators when the law requires it.
Your choices
