Fine Print · Answered Plainly

Massachusetts delivery has rules, and we follow every one of them — here’s how they shake out in practice. If yours isn’t here, the contact page reaches a human at the depot.

01

Ordering

Order through the live menu, enter your delivery address, verify your age and review the available delivery times. A Delivered driver brings the order to your door and checks your ID in person. The menu confirms availability for your order.

02

At the door

The same government-issued ID you ordered with, proving you're 21 or older. The name has to match the order. No ID, no handoff — state law, and we don't bend it.

03

Product & testing

Every batch is tested by an independent, state-licensed lab before it can be sold — potency and contaminants both. The results travel with the product, and the label on your package matches them.

04

Towns & timing

Our delivery-area guide covers 24 towns, including Clinton, Leominster, Worcester, Fitchburg, Shrewsbury and Marlborough. Find your town on the Delivery Areas page, then confirm your exact address in the live menu.
