What do I need at the door?

The same government-issued ID you ordered with, proving you're 21 or older. The name has to match the order. No ID, no handoff — state law, and we don't bend it.

Can you leave it at the door if I'm not home?

Accepted Answer

No — Massachusetts requires a face-to-face handoff with an ID check every time. If you're not home we'll try to reach you, then re-route the order back to the depot and help you reschedule.

Can I tip the driver?

You can, and drivers appreciate it, but it's never expected and never required. Cash is easiest at the door.

My ID is expired, or the name doesn't match my order.

An expired ID can't be accepted — state rules treat it as no ID, so the driver has to bring the order back. Same if the name on the order doesn't match the ID at the door. Fix the name on the order before the van leaves and you're fine.

Is your product tested?

Every batch is tested by an independent, state-licensed lab before it can be sold — potency and contaminants both. The results travel with the product, and the label on your package matches them.

What does the van actually carry?

Only what you ordered. Every parcel is weighed, sealed, and logged at the Clinton depot before the route leaves — drivers don't carry extra inventory and can't sell anything at the door. If it's not on your order, it's not on your doorstep.

The live menu currently announces Sunday hours of 12-4 PM. Check the menu for the current schedule and available delivery times before ordering; do not assume the same cutoff or evening window applies every day.

What happens in bad weather?

This is New England — routes run in rain and most snow. If the roads turn genuinely unsafe we'll pause the route, text everyone still on the list, and move your order to the front of the next run. You never lose your place.
